Living Spaces & Kitchen
The main level welcomes you with a vaulted entry, a cozy reading area, and the three main-floor bedrooms. The kitchen features new stainless appliances, chef's tools, and barware, with a dining table seating 8 and a kitchen table seating 4 more.
Just off the living space, the heated and cooled sunporch is a comfortable all-season spot with sectional seating and a bistro table — perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon nap, or watching the sunset. Upstairs, the open loft adds two more seating areas, a desk, a smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Recreation Room
The lower level is built for fun, with a walkout to the lake, a full-size ping pong table, foosball, a bar area, a large sectional, and a smart TV. Additional sleeping spaces and a full bathroom make this level especially handy for kids, in-laws, or families traveling together.
Sleeping Arrangements
With bedrooms on the main level plus flexible sleeping in the loft and on the lower level, there's a comfortable spot for everyone (maximum occupancy 6). After a long day of lake adventures, retreat to a quiet bedroom for a restful night's sleep.

Dock & Lake Access
The true highlight of Beaches Be Salty is the private dock with its floater. It provides safe, easy access to the calm water. Take out the kayaks, swim, fish, or simply sit with a cup of coffee and watch the sunset over the lake. And if you'd like to bring your own boat, the Hales Ford public boat ramp is just a short drive away. Two decks, outdoor dining, a grill, Adirondack chairs, an outdoor sofa, a lakeside fire pit, and a round canopy bed round out the outdoor living.
Why this layout works for families
With multiple gathering spaces across different levels, adults can enjoy quiet conversation upstairs while the kids host a ping-pong tournament downstairs. The open kitchen and dining area mean everyone can easily come together for meals, making it an ideal setup for multi-generational vacations.
