The home features a total of five bedrooms, including one king bedroom on the main level, two queen bedrooms, a kid-friendly bunk room with three beds, and an additional room with two twin beds. We also provide a pack and play for families traveling with little ones.

There are three full bathrooms throughout the home, all stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries to make your stay more comfortable.

Our fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials — cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and more — so you can prepare meals just like at home. Outside, you’ll find a gas grill with propane provided and an outdoor dining table that seats four guests, perfect for evening meals by the lake.

Inside the home, you’ll find plenty of ways to relax and unwind. We have five TVs equipped with Roku for streaming, a foosball table, a ping pong table, and both an Xbox and Wii with a variety of games. For unplugged fun, we’ve also stocked a selection of board games for all ages and plenty of puzzles.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the house. All TVs are equipped with Roku so you can stream your favorite shows and movies during your downtime. The king bedroom and one queen bedroom have collapsable work tables in them if you want to work from the lake.

You’ll have access to three kayaks for use on the lake, with life jackets provided for safety. The neighborhood also offers community tennis and pickleball courts, plus three miles of private hiking trails just steps from the house. A public boat ramp is located within walking distance, making it easy to launch your own watercraft or rentals.

We’ve made the house as family-friendly as possible, with plenty of sleeping options for kids, a pack and play for toddlers, games for all ages, and indoor and outdoor spaces where everyone can relax and have fun.
